Science and Technology for Energy Transition posts first Impact Factor uplift

Science and Technology for Energy Transition (STET) is pleased to announce a 27% rise in its Impact Factor to 1.9 in only its second year of evaluation since its name change. Although a CiteScore is not yet available, the increase signals the growing importance of STET as a venue for research supporting low-carbon and renewable energy systems. We thank the community for contributing high-quality studies and invite further submissions addressing the challenges of a sustainable energy future.

In keeping with responsible research assessment, we see Impact Factor as one indicator among many. Real-world deployment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and societal benefit remain at the heart of STET’s mission.
